First, you're going to have to download HijackThis. Use the following link:
http://free.antivirus.com/hijackthis/
Try downloading the Executable first.

Then download MalwareByte's Anti-Malware. Use the following link:
http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php
Click download the free version.
Install it.
Do a full scan on all your drives (I suggest you leave it up overnight)
Remove all the malicious files that come up.
Post the MalwareByte's Anti-Malware scan log after you're done with the scan.

Then, scan with HijackThis.
DO NOT DO ANYTHING WITH THE SCANNED OBJECTS, LEAVE THEM ALONE.
Copy and Paste the HijackThis log into a new post. After that I'll look through it to find what else is left after the MalwareByte's scan.
