un ban me please ?!?!?!?

i delete the dirt under someones house because i built a house that he destroyed and built his right were i built mine and i had a secon underground house under my old house that is his now so i went under his houe not delete anything of his just the underground pary of his house like the dirt underneath because my second under ground house was there and i was just trying to fin it i was going to put all the dirt back when i was done but they ban me befor i could can some one please un ban me
