/review?

Um yeah... This /review thing isnt working. I have tried to get people to use it and so has other ops but people ask for their work to get looked at anyways. people assume the rules are the same for every server so they dont read the rules. Plus some people spam review or use it too much even when they havnt built anything or aint finished building what they are building.
Maybe this /review thing should be removed from the rules?
