Help Me..... Again...

Ok. I uninstalled 1.8 so I'm back to 1.7.3
And i log into "BetaFreeBuild.no-ip.org:1234" and it says..... "took to long to log in"
Help me I don't how to fix this.
It did this when i had installed Sam's mod pack "zombie" Then he made another one that I installed then i could log in
