Jr Trusted stuff

Since any op can rank people to jr trusted, there has been quite a few that no one even knows.
I haven't ranked anyone to jr trusted yet because i have been trying to make it difficult to get but some people are just ranking others to it willy nilly without discussing about it with anyone else.
So far there has been about 4-5 jr trusted that i don't even know or trusted.
I cant remember their names but one is called something like U_Poosomething and there is also one called retepnaj which i found griefing done by him. I even got screen shots of it and when i demoted him/her to architect, he/she was then jrtrusted again the next day.
dragonmaster122 or dragonmaster112 i sorta trust because i knew him from another server as a op. I was gonna talk to some ops about him but then he got jr trusted the next day by someone.

I think that on forums somewhere we should discuss about ranking people to jr trusted and need to have at least about 4 ops agreeing to that person getting jr trusted.

Yeah I agree with ZDF.
U_Pooface hasn't even been on the server for a month.
I don't even know who reptnaj is.
We gotta make getting trusted and jrtrusted harder like back when I was architect.
Sooner or later we are gonna have people getting jrtrusted in less than a week.

From now on we wont rank someone to jr-trusted alone but with the support of a couple ops.
I do think jr trusted is quite a pointless rank... i would rather have less ranks but have them much harder to obtain. That way people wont rank every day or two. Just my opinion. Im not asking that to happen.

Thanks Sam for changing the colour of jr trusted to teal but can you do the same for on the forums?

Are we done talking about this rank? Does anyone have something to say about it?

I agree with ZDf and all of you,but if we do discuss it on forums it could take a couple hours or maybe a day or 2 to come to a conclusion.So maybe try and find a better/faster way to see if they are trust worthy/ up to the challenge of dealing with such a big server

I Agree too but if we post it on the forums we should atleast make it locked to Jr.Trusted and that would make it to were the lower ranked wont try to sneak in and findout about stuff.
(Also i am looking for a good server that i can go on so i dont get bored and dont play when the server gets back uo)
