Well, here are some forum rules, and server rules.

Forum Rules:
DO NOT troll!
DO NOT spam, or smiley spam! (Admins, please, don't do this.)
DO NOT annoy the ops!
DO NOT ask for ranks!
DO NOT PM an admin really stupid questions!

Ask an admin if you have a serious question.
Most chances is that you will be ranked if you get ranked at the server. The other way rarely happens.
This is an English forum, people! No Portuguese, Spanish, Russian, etc.
Administrators have a right to break some rules.
Signatures must not have really nasty content or GIGANTIC pictures. Please, this could crash computers. (This includes admins)

Ranks:
Guest: The rank that almost everyone who starts with. They don't have many useful commands.
Builder: The rank that guests get after building something okay. They have the ability to make water and lava.
Creator: The rank that builders get after they build something that's pretty good. They have access to lots of commands.
Architect: A person who made an EPIC building. A few new commands.
Jr. Trusted: A person who is trusted by Sam. Has access to a few moderation commands.
Trusted: A person who is even more trusted by Sam. Has more mod commands.
Superop: Basically a moderator who has heaps of commands.
Headop: A rank that a superop who is smart and not corrupt, and who has trust from Sam.
Vice President: Technically the highest rank that is available.
President: DrowsySam.


Beta Server:
DO NOT grief!
DO NOT troll!
DO NOT pillar!
DO NOT annoy fellow players!
DO NOT build pointless/unappealing things!


Definitions:
Griefing: Destroying other people's creations. When you help other people build without their permission is also considered as griefing. Placing random blocks all over the place is also griefing.
Pillaring: Building high one block pillars. If you need to examine other people's creations from higher level use /fly or World of Minecraft client.
Trolling: Intentionally saying something bad in order to provoke other players.
