OK lets just start at the start :/
OK someone asked for help. they needed water so i used /z and did it Perfect then as he is gonna say thanks Dave342 comes along and undo's my last 30 seconds and Redoes what i just did EXACTLY THE SAME. ._. now knowing the last 2 days Dave has annoyed me so much i got demoted 2 ranks to Creator. :/ HE IS LIKE TORTURE TO ME. he does not stop annoying me.
can someone Please do something about this That will help me and the fellow players :/.

Edit: well i just built this Pretty cool place and gave it to someone so they could get a rank :/ Dave did not rank him at all he did not care really. whats that saying?

Edit2: its now 1:46 Am and i was about to go then someone randomly started to build in out lot we where going to make a dragon but it looked like a robot. we soon found out it was Dave :/ this is annoying me to keep typing this its getting out of hand. Dave used /hide to do it because it said +Dave347 has joined the game " and he spawned there next to it. so here i am again with a headache and about to go to bed ill be on tomorrow if someone needs any help with it thanks again.

when you used /z water on his portal, you removed his portal spawning into another location.
He asked for water around the portal so using cuboid removed it. Therefore i had to undo you because i would'nt want him to waste time making a new portal. -.-

Other than that, him being annoying isn't really grounds for suspension.

it should be check the logs cuz i got suspended for it

If this continuos, both of your accounts will be suspended, in till we find out who's storys match up.

I do not know much about dave, but I am tired of the conflict against him and Ownige. What will we do with his map?

I like his map, tis pretty cool. I vote it stays.
