I was in my house, then Herobrine spawned, he had the look of a zombie, but he was fast moving, and killed me quickly. He appeared from explosion particles.
Sam may have spawned him near me when I said "I'm safe in my house.".
He still haunts me, I will attempt to kill him with all I've got.
