hey .. the server keeps going up and going down .. although when server is up i cant connect, anyone else got problems with it

Thats minecraft not me, I have the server up alot, but Notch is making it really hard for people to start servers up again, it never finds the URL Evil or Very Mad and I end up closing it because notch just doesn't seem to be letting new servers in atm....
